AMEN BROTHER! I'm glad it's not just me that feels this strong about a game beta.
If I had to say one thing positive about the MoH beta is that I never had a lag issue in the over 20 hours I put in trying to play this beta. That being said,I never had a lag issue with the beta/released public demo of BFBC2 either. Although with the BFBC2 demo,what you played,is what you got when it came out.( even though it was only 1 map ) I now will use BFBC2 to judge any and all fu...
That is what killed the fun of playing Turd of Dooty/MW2! The hacks and cheaters made it so one sided that I traded my copy of it in along time ago. If these so-called "game hackers" put there intelligence into game design,they would be making the gaming world a much better place for everyone!
With these morons already hacking the MoH beta,it gives me another to cancel my order for it.
I consider myself to be a modern style of combat game pro and the main complaint I have is that theres NOTHING new or inovative about the game. It tries to hard to be more like CoD/mw2 than a battlefield clone.
MRV321,if you like MW2 more than BFBC2,then you will like it. If your thinking that because this is from the same people as BFBC2 and the game play is as much fun,you will be sadly disapointed!

I hate to say it.but pay to play is in the near future for consoles...and why not PC users have been doing it for years now. Just ask any fan that plays World of Warcrap!

This was the 1st brutally honest review I have seen yet. Like the author,I to am a HUGE fan of BFBC2. After a VERY long delay and a huge dent my time to d/l the MoH beta,I must say it wasn't worth it. I was thinking it would have been alot better than what was showen at this years E3.
As I have said in other post about this game,It should NOT be released in it's current form and brought back to the drawing board. I will be canceling my pre-order for it on monday!
The single player maybe its only salvation.As you said,it's all about the "story". Lets hope its good!
As for the beta,i'm NOT impressed! Then weapon loadouts are a throwback to WW2 sims,theres NO chat with squad members( unless it in a party),No decent on screen map to speak of,and as other postings mention,theres nothing new and inovative .
After a long wait for this beta,I have been tempted to cancel my order for it and hold out for Ghost...
Then buy the @#$%ing game and enjoy it for what it's worth!
mmmm,actually its more like MW2 in Afghanistan. The only thing it shares in common is that its from EA/Dice. other than that its not not even in the same "fun as h*ll to play" class as BFBC2 is.
I agree,it's to CoD/MW2 and not enough BFBC2 for my tastes! I'm sorry to say that I'm a bit disapointed ! After seeing the footage at e3 I expected something much better than this!
Oh well ,unfortunetly I'm stuck with the pre-purchase of it now and most likely will trade it in as soon as it comes out and it will still be sealed. As I read around the forums about the PC and PS3 beta it is nothing special...and BOY where they right!
I feel like I saw this one coming.For me Tiger Woods is a embarssment to anything his name goes on and would pass on supporting it. I have to agree with Roah! Screw Tiger and just take that PGA moniker they payed dearly for and make a decent golf game. TW pga tour golf has went down hill since they took all the make it fun for everyone feature such as the "tigervision" that made putting on even the hardest setting a blast to play even for the non-gamer.

Macy's seems like a strange choice to hold a event like this. To me Macy's was more like a rich persons Kmart! Everything was overpriced...and since when does Macy's carry video games anyway? I know the one at my closest mall NEVER carried video games. The snooty sales people there wouldn't know a video game from a TURD!
I liked Hawx.It had a fun mutli-player co-op and some real good graphics. Ace combat use to be the only modern air combat sims for the consoles till Hawx cane out. Before that it was all crummy WW 2 air combat sims.
So??? Wheres the next Ace Combat? Why it's coming out on the PSP! I hope that they don't forget us PS3/Xb 360 owners. I have been waiting for a NEW ace combat for to long now!

The Dashboard has been long over due for a update. I thought that when they eliminated being able to play Xbox games on the current system ,that we should have seen a update soon after.

Video games don't kill people,People play video games to keep from killing people. The stress relief factor from playing video games is unreal! I think the world would be a much better place if more people played games when they were upset with life.

I have this game since release last week and must say that is a very good game. Although it may not be the most inovative shooter out there,its still a good challange. The AI has as good of aim as any game out there and in some cases better. Graphics are good considering how long the Xbox 360 has been around. For the price of under $40.00,I consider it a good buy!
I will give it a 4.4 out of 5.
I think you would be surprised! Keep it uncovered for six months and pop open the case and take a look. Proper upkeep is a MUST for anything electronic...Dust is a KILLER!
I think the author did a GREAT job on this story. It seems that he has been through his share of send in,pay for repair,and wait forever to get backs that he did something about it and wrote and posted it on the web. KUDOS to him for doing so!
I guess nobody cares about there gaming set-ups to take this seriously. I hope you have plenty of $$$ for new equipment!

This is the game I have been waiting for to come out! The pics look great and I hope the game play will be just as good! To heck with MoH,Halo/reach around and Black op's,this should be the future of the modern combat game.
